Parkview is ideal for families or group of up to 6 people – with three bedrooms, a bathroom, comfortable lounge, large dining kitchen and utility room - which leads to the enclosed garden.

 

Opening in 2017 for self catering holidays, and refurbished again in 2023, the house is comfortable and welcoming - making the ideal base for an island holiday.

Entrance Porch - Large enough to store your coats and wellies at the front door.

 

Lounge - Large windows frame panoramic views of rolling farmland to the majestic skyline of the hills beyond. You can relax in the reclining leather sofas and read a book, watch tv, plan you next adventure or simply while away the time stand by the window admiring the stunning views from Parkview. We provide a bluetooth wireless speaker for your digital device, a television with freeview channels and free WiFi.

 

Dining Kitchen - The modern newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is a large dining table and chairs.

 

Utility room - The really useful separate utility room has the washing machine and external back door opening out to the garden.

 

Bedroom 1 - Looking onto the garden, this quiet double bedroom, with bedside drawers, lamps and wardrobe.

 

Bedroom 2 - Enjoying fabulous views to the North, this room has a double bed, with bedside drawers, lamps and wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 - Also enjoying the Northern views, the third bedroom has two single divan beds, a chest of drawers and bedside table with lamp.

 

Bathroom - White bathroom suite, full size bath, separate electric shower, wc, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

 

Garden - Outside, there is a fully fenced off south facing garden which can be conveniently accessed from the back door. There is garden furniture available for summer time use.

Short-Term Let Licence - We have been granted a temporary Exisiting Host Licence for this property by North Ayrshire Council (reference NA00163C), pending the full licence application process completing. Parkview's EPC efficiency rating is F and impact rating is E.
