ParkviewArran Letting Agreement – Terms & Conditions


Please read carefully.


If you make a booking for Parkview you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

Weekly bookings are usually taken from Saturday to Saturday but there may be flexibility during off peak season for difference changeover dates or short breaks (3 day minimum stay).​​​

  • A completed booking form plus payment of the requested deposit is due to secure each booking - a receipt is emailed to confirm everything.

  • The accommodation is furnished and equipped for holiday use. Only persons stated on the booking form are allowed to sleep in the accommodation. The names of those staying must be included on the booking form and may not exceed the stated occupancy for the property (maximum 6 people).

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price is required to confirm your booking.

  • The balance is only due 8 weeks before the first day of your holiday begins. No reminders will be sent.

  • For bookings made within 8 weeks of your stay the full cost of your holiday should be paid at the time of booking.

  • In the event that you have to cancel your holiday, you should advise us by telephone and confirm the cancellation in writing, which should be from the same person who completed the booking form. We shall do all we can to re-let, and if this is possible the balance will be returned less the non-refundable deposit and any costs incurred. If the cancellation is made after the final payment is due, you are liable for the full cost of your holiday. If we are unable to re-let the house, the full rent will be forfeited. Holiday cancellation insurance is recommended.

  • Unless otherwise arranged, arrival time is 5pm with a prompt departure time by 10am, please.

  • The house is no-smoking area.

  • The price includes electricity and wi-fi.

  • Linen & towels - a bath and hand towel per person, plus bed linen and kitchen linen are also included in the price.

  • Tenants should take good care of the property and leave it in good order, as found. Please let us know about any damage or breakages, as soon as possible. We do understand about life’s little accidents, but ultimately the named person who made the initial booking is responsible for the property and its contents during the period of your stay. We will always try to put things right with the least cost and inconvenience to you.

  • Although we take every reasonable care to ensure that nothing untoward occurs during your stay we cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity arising, howsoever caused.

  • Every effort will be made to honour all bookings. IWe do however reserve the right to cancel should the property sustain damage or otherwise become unsuitable or unable to accommodate your holiday. In such an event, we will refund any moneys received in full. This will be the full extent of our liability. No additional compensation or costs will be payable.  additional costs you may incur will be a matter for your holiday insurance arrangements.

  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

  • For those bringing dogs – as part of the letting agreement – we expect you to be responsible and very considerate in…

    • Keeping dogs under control at all times.

    • Making sure they stay off all the furniture.

    • Taking them with you whenever you go out.

    • Exercising them outside of the garden.

    • Cleaning up behind them both inside and out, so absolutely no trace remains.

    • Important note, this property does not accept any dogs on the current Dangerous Dog Breed List.

  • PLEASE NOTE: The house is cleaned between lets, but time is limited so… part of this agreement is your commitment to leave the house as clean and tidy as you found it. Thank you.
